My Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative, as I make use of various evidence-based therapies. I am trained in Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapies and tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and healing.
What Clients I Work With
I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients facing a wide range of challenges. I have worked in various clinical settings, gaining valuable experience in both individual and group therapies, have worked with people in various stages of life. I can work with anxiety and stress management, depression and other mood disorders, relationship and family issues, self-esteem and identity issues as well as trauma and post-traumatic stress. I also have a keen interest in psychometric assessments and career counselling.
